This Privacy Policy describes how Royex Technologies LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use okommerce.com or our services.

information we collect

When you request a demo, download Community Edition, or contact us, we collect: name, email, company, country, and any messages you send. When you visit our website, we log standard analytics: IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages viewed, referrer.

how we use it

To deliver the demo or download you requested. To respond to inquiries. To send product updates if you opted in. To improve our website and product. We never sell your data.

data sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our services: email delivery (SendGrid), analytics (privacy-respecting), and payment processing for Enterprise customers. All providers are contractually bound to handle data per our standards.

your rights

You can request a copy of your data, request deletion, opt out of marketing emails, or close your account at any time by emailing privacy@okommerce.com. We respond within 30 days.

retention

Demo and download leads: 24 months unless you request deletion sooner. Customer data: for the duration of the contract plus 12 months for legal/audit purposes.

security

We use TLS for all data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest, and follow standard OWASP guidelines. Suspected breaches are disclosed within 72 hours per applicable regulations.
