getting started

this guide walks you from a fresh okommerce install to your first published product in about 10 minutes.

1. log in

after installation, navigate to https://your-domain.com/admin and log in with the admin credentials you set during install.

2. configure your store

open settings → general. set your store name, default currency, default language, and time zone.

3. add your first product

1. navigate to catalog → products → + new product.
2. enter a name, SKU, price, and short description.
3. upload a primary image and set inventory.
4. click publish. your product is now live on the storefront.

4. take your first order

open the storefront in another tab. add the product to cart and check out using the test payment gateway. you'll see the order land in sales → orders.
