every order creates or matches a customer record. the customer 360 view shows lifetime orders, total spend, segments, communication history, and any custom fields you've defined.

segments

build segments from any combination of customer attributes and order behavior. segments can be static or dynamic (re-evaluated nightly).

custom fields

add unlimited custom fields to the customer entity. searchable in list filters, exportable to Excel, accessible in the API.

VAT TRN capture

for B2B orders, capture and validate VAT TRN numbers (UAE FTA, KSA ZATCA). TRN appears on the tax invoice automatically.
