A Service product is labour or work performed rather than a physical good shipped — consulting, a repair, a cleaning, an installation, a booked appointment. It has no stock to pick or parcel to deliver; instead it is scheduled and tracked to completion. Its defining configuration (ServiceDetail) covers the service's duration, its daily availability window, whether it needs a booking time, and a default staff assignment. Because the value is delivered by people at a time, the Service type replaces the "pack and ship" lifecycle with a "schedule, perform, complete" one.
