Get paid: Payment Gateways (incl. BNPL), Vendor Accounting & Settlement, and Wallet/store credit. Grow: CRM (Kanban pipeline + 360° view), Marketing automation (email/WhatsApp/SMS), Loyalty & rewards, and Discounts. Operate & govern: Approval workflows, Visitor analytics, the dynamic Dashboard, Notification Center + Email Templates, and global Custom Fields. Reach: Multi-country/currency, Localization (incl. RTL), Website Templates (Shopify + API), CMS, and both PWAs. AI: Claude-powered sales/support agents and AI product recommendations.
