How do you re-launch the wizard later, and how does it show what's done vs remaining?

A button (placed prominently in the admin) re-launches the setup wizard at any time. Because progress is tracked per step, the relaunched wizard reflects the current state of the deployment: completed steps are shown as done, and the remaining steps are highlighted for completion. Because progress is tracked per step, the relaunched wizard reflects the current state of the deployment: completed steps are shown as done, and the remaining steps are highlighted for completion. This lets an operator revisit setup to finish configuration or change a foundational choice without guessing what's already been set. It's the same wizard, simply resumed against the live configuration.
