How do you reorder gallery images?

Gallery images carry a sort order, and the media management UI lets you reorder them — so you control which image appears first, second, and so on in the storefront gallery. Combined with the Main role (the primary image) and the gallery roles, this gives precise control over how a product's imagery is presented. Reordering simply updates the sort order on the affected MediaAsset records.
