The dashboard is widget-based and dynamic, and which widgets a user can even see is determined by their role and permissions. Every logged-in user gets a dashboard they can arrange themselves (drag-and-drop, multiple widget sizes), but the *menu of available widgets* is filtered first by what their role is allowed to access and by which modules and product types are active in the deployment. So a fulfilment staffer sees fulfilment/KPI widgets, a finance role sees settlement widgets, a country manager sees their country's performance — and none of them see widgets for modules they have no permission for. Sensible defaults are provided so a usable dashboard appears without configuration, but each user can then build their own within the bounds their role permits.
