Okommerce supports nine distinct role types, and which ones exist in a given deployment depends on what the developer activates. They are: Developer (top-level technical owner), Admin / Central (operational owner), Country Manager (runs an assigned country), Vendor / Supplier (branch/shop operator), Fulfilment Staff (order verification and packing), Delivery Agent (in-house driver, uses the delivery PWA), Delivery Company (external 3rd-party logistics partner), Support Agent (human who monitors/joins AI chats), and Customer (the shopper). Roles are not a fixed list, though — a super admin can create entirely new roles and assign them precise permissions, so these nine are the built-in starting point rather than a hard limit.
