An in-house Delivery Agent is a zone-assigned driver who works through the Delivery PWA (a progressive web app installed from a delivery URL). In the app the driver sees the orders to deliver, accepts/picks jobs, updates status while en route (e.g. "On the way") with those updates reflected to the admin panel in real time, collects payment on delivery (cash, card, or mixed) where required, captures proof of delivery (photo and/or customer signature, configurable per case), and records comments, refund reasons, or issues. The same app handles returns — collecting a product for a reverse-logistics refund. The driver's profile (working status, hours, zone, current workload) feeds the automatic assignment logic.
